Search customer service orientation at this property it is unbelievable. The staff is knowledgeable professional and very very helpful. The rooms are immaculate, the rates are fair market value for this part of Los Angeles. I would recommend you giving this property a try The manager is very nice and respectful.
We stayed here for 3 nights and the motel is clearly newer. Everything looked fresh and modern. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. We made use of the fridge and microwave in the room. Jimmy at Front Desk guy is very nice guy. I would recommended to stay here.
The manager was super patient, extremely kind and very courteous! I was very happy with my stay and felt very welcome. They ensured my room was clean and provided me with extra clean towels. I have a service dog and they were very friendly with her as well unlike some other places I have stayed in the past. I have stayed here a few times over the past few years and it’s in a good area close to some awesome food spots. I highly suggest Catalina 8 inn motel, it may not be the fanciest but my stay is always pleasurable and no complaints.
Very clean place, with nice manager Shawn (and his wife)! The rooms are well equipped (microwave, frigobar, hair dryer, AC, comfortable bed, table and chair), the rooms have are spacious, 24 hour service! Me and my fiancé got very impressed with the motel, and we're glad we went there! And around has a lot of useful services (food, markets, pharmacies, etc.) Shawn is very nice and if you be nice with him he'll make sure you'll be well treated and have a good stay!
